Indra Spiecker née Döhmann, LL.M. (Georgetown University), doctorate from the University of Bonn, postdoctoral qualification at the University of Osnabrück, 2008 to 2013 Professor at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology; since 2013 Professor of Public Law specializing in administrative law, environmental law and administrative sciences at the Goethe University Frankfurt.

Franz Reimer studied law in Bonn, Oxford and Freiburg. After completing his doctorate and postdoctoral qualifications, he has been Professor of Public Law and Legal Theory at the Justus Liebig University Giessen.

Astrid Wallrabenstein studied in Münster and Freiburg, completed her doctorate and postdoctoral qualification in Giessen, was a professor at the Bielefeld University from 2008 to 2010 and has been Professor of Public Law specializing in social law at the Goethe University Frankfurt since 2010.
